Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose)

á       Full pose with shins together and arm variation

 

Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose)

á       Simple variation, no arms, sitting between heels with forward extension

 

Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)

 

Upavishtha Konasana (Seated Angle Pose)

 

Setu Bandha (Bridge Pose)
